The newest architectural floorplans submitted to city planners<\/a>, however, show that the penthouses would be moved up to the newly created 91st to 94th floors.<\/p>\n\n The largest penthouse currently available at The One is Penthouse 02<\/a>, a sprawling 6,037-square-foot suite that occupies the supertall tower\u2019s entire southeast corner. Encompassing three bedrooms, a den, three bathrooms and two powder rooms, the penthouse is packed with a number of luxury features across its three floors.<\/p>\n According to the most recent pricing data on BuzzBuzzHome, Penthouse 02 was last listed<\/a> at $29,921,726.<\/p>\n A formal dining area, living room and eat-in kitchen occupy the ground floor, which is open to the level above, where the family room and another bedroom are located. To access the upper floors, residents of this penthouse can take their pick from the private elevator or the winding feature staircase. Floorplans of the master bedroom suite on the third level show a freestanding tub and a dual vanity in the ensuite, plus two large walk-in closets to hold all of your designer wares.<\/p>\n No luxury penthouse would be complete without its own private outdoor oasis.
