<\/a>Photo: Laura Rossi \/ Concord Adex<\/em><\/p>\nDowntown Toronto has its fair share of sky-high condo tower views, but none quite like those from the long-awaited Bridge Suites that Concord Adex<\/a> revealed this week.<\/p>\n The developer has released a preview of one of the largest and highest suspended residences in the country, known as the Bridge Suites, which are built inside the SkyBridge that sits between the Parade towers<\/a> near Canoe Landing Park.<\/p>\n\n Equivalent to the size of a Boeing 737, the 40-metre, 450-tonne SkyBridge structure took over 14 hours to lift into place during construction in 2012 at the site near Fort York Boulevard and Spadina Avenue. The end result yields unique and unobstructed southern views of Lake Ontario on one side of the suites, and the northern city skyline on the other.<\/p>\n \u201cRarely in a city can you point in the sky and say definitively, \u2018I live there,\u2019 however, the uniqueness of this residence makes it very hard to miss,” said Isaac Chan, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Concord Adex, in a public statement.<\/p>\n \u201cThe Bridge Suites have long sparked intrigue from Torontonians and we’re excited to pull back the curtain and finally give everyone the grand tour of this incredible space,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n The largest of the two Bridge Suites \u2014 the Grand Bridge Suite \u2014 is the only unit to hit the public market, with an asking price of $4,550,000. For this luxury price tag, the future residents will have over 4,168 square feet of living space to enjoy across the three floors of this three-bedroom-plus-den, three-bathroom unit.<\/p>\n The Grand Bridge Suite is equipped with ten-and-a-half-foot ceilings, a piano room, a private three-car garage, plus an 823-square-foot outdoor terrace fitted with an indoor bar and sunroom.
