Darbydale Crossing<\/a> is a series of one- and two-story homes created by CastleRock Communities<\/a> on Darbydale Drive. Situated just west of I-45 and north of Beltway 8, this under-construction community provides a short commute south to downtown Houston and surrounding neighborhood amenities.<\/p>\n Ranging from 1,167 to 2,335 square feet, the homes at Darbydale Crossing currently offer<\/a> seven open-concept floorplans to choose from, which vary in size from three- to four-bedroom and two- to two-and-a-half-bathroom layouts. An attached two-car garage is standard in each floorplan, paired with home features like large family rooms, formal dining areas and a second-floor gaming room.<\/p>\n Eleven Darbydale Crossing homes will be move-in ready for May 2021, built using three of the community floorplans \u2014 Oak-Cobalt, Pecan-Cobalt and Mesquite-Cobalt.
