<\/a><\/p>\nIBI Group Architects<\/a> has applied to build a 2.4-acre, 372-unit master-planned community at the northeast corner of Mountain Highway and Crown Street in North Vancouver.<\/p>\n The proposal was submitted on behalf of Fairborne CMCC Lynn Creek Limited Partnership, and would replace the existing Dykhof Nurseries building and five single-family homes at 420-460 Mountain Highway and 1510-1530. Surrounding properties include the DNV Fire Hall #2 to the north, single-family residences to the east, multi-family residential to the south, and mixed-use and industrial buildings to the west. It\u2019s also located up the road from another recent residential proposal at 220 Mountain Highway<\/a>.<\/p>\n If approved, the project would bring a mix of housing types including condos, rentals and affordable housing units across several buildings ranging from six to 29 storeys in height. The project proposes a total of 372 units consisting of 222 condos, 105 market rentals and 40 affordable housing units. There would also be approximately 2,992 square metres (32,266 square feet) of new commercial space, 744 bicycle parking spots and 473 vehicle parking spaces (364 for residents, 23 for visitors and 86 for commercial use).<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
