From virtual launches to outdoor events, COVID-19 has inspired plenty of creativity when it comes to shaking up the typical brick-and-mortar sales centre.<\/p>\n<p>One Coquitlam, BC pre-construction development put its sales hub on wheels with the help of a repurposed Canada Post truck.<\/p>\n\n<p>Developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/builder\/trillium-projects\">Trillium Projects<\/a> made use of the food-truck-like vehicle to showcase its latest multi-family residential project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/coquitlam-bc\/sydney-townhomes\">Sydney Townhomes<\/a>, to prospective buyers.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/vancouversun.com\/homes\/buying-selling\/developers-mobile-sales-truck-offers-everything-potential-buyers-need-to-see\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\">reporting by<\/a> the <em>Vancouver Sun<\/em>, the developer first made use of the truck in 2019 for an eastern Vancouver project. The truck has since travelled throughout the Vancouver region to visit real estate brokers, its open sides and ease of ventilation making it easier to social distance compared to a standard building.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/sales_truck_sydney.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[210412]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-210420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/sales_truck_sydney.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" \/><\/a><em>From display,\u201d said Jenny Wun, a sales representative with West One Real Estate Team, in an interview with the <em>Vancouver Sun<\/em>. \u201cThe experience of being in the truck is quite a lot of fun for people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The truck is kitted out with the usual fittings of a sales centre, with floorplans, interior samples and a 360-degree virtual tour of the project.<\/p>\n<p>Sydney Townhomes
