Falls at Green Meadows<\/a> is a master-planned community spanning 242 acres near Avenue D and Franz Road. Built on the former Green Meadows golf course, this development will be home to 460 families when it reaches completion.<\/p>\n Westin Homes offers a collection<\/a> of one- and two-storey detached homes ranging from 3,044 to 4,299 square feet in size. Purchasers have 11 floorplans to choose from, with four- to five-bedroom layouts on 70-foot-wide lots with attached garages.<\/p>\n National developer Lennar is delivering its own collection of family-sized homes in the community<\/a>.<\/p>\n Residents of Falls at Green Meadows will have access to a variety of onsite amenities created by the master-plan developer, Friendswood Development Company. The community rec center features an outdoor patio with a fireplace and a grilling area, close to picnic spaces, playgrounds and a swimming pool.
