Strathmore Drive, along one of the university\u2019s Greek rows, the 18,376-square-foot lot was purchased by <\/span>Landmark Properties<\/span><\/a>, an Athens, Georgia-based real estate firm specializing in student housing communities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Image:\u00a0Humphreys & Partners<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n The <\/span>application<\/span><\/a>, which was submitted to Los Angeles City Planning last Thursday, calls for a mix of one-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments, including six affordable units reserved for very low income households.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The seven-story structure would be built atop a one-story subterranean parking garage with spaces for 41 vehicles. Pedestrian access to the lobby and leasing office would be situated along Strathmore Drive, connecting to a landscaped central courtyard.
