Kittyhawk Avenue, the proposed development envisions 17 apartments, 15 percent of which would be set aside for very low-income households.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n An\u00a0application<\/a> was submitted to Los Angeles City Planning last week by Kamyar Moshfegh, a project manager at Agile Development Group. The Mediterranean Revival-style residence designed by Sammie Tabrizi Architect<\/a> would include 10 one-bedroom, five one-bedroom-plus den, and two two-bedroom-plus den units.<\/p>\n Image:\u00a0Sammie Tabrizi Architect<\/em><\/p>\n Select apartments would feature protruding balconies, while others would incorporate Juliet balconies. Residents would benefit from a lobby, rec room with a kitchen, dining area and billiards lounge, a fitness center and outdoor terrace.<\/p>\n A one-level underground garage would provide 18 vehicular parking spaces and 19 bicycle parking spaces. The approximately 9,007-square-foot property is located within the Westchester \u2013 Playa Del Rey Community Plan area and is surrounded by a mix of single-family homes and mid-rise apartment buildings.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
