Situated at 923 North Ardmore Avenue, the approximately 9,050-square-foot lot is within walking distance of Los Angeles City College and the Vermont\/Santa Monica Red Line station.<\/p>\n Rendering:\u00a0Uriu & Associates<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n Due to the proposed project\u2019s proximity to the subway, the developer (merely listed as \u2018Ardmore Court LLC\u2019) is seeking Transit Oriented Communities incentives in exchange for the inclusion of two affordable units reserved for extremely low-income households.<\/p>\n The complex, known as 923 Ardmore, would feature one one-bedroom unit and 19 two-bedroom units. A total of 11 units would incorporate private balconies of 50 square feet. There would be 25 vehicle spaces in a subterranean parking garage as well as 22 bicycle parking spaces.<\/p>\n The 900-square-foot roof garden would boast dining tables, bench seating and lush landscaping. Additional common outdoor space would be provided in the 690-square-foot rear yard, planted with a low-water groundcover.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
