Created by Georgia-based developer, Ashton Woods<\/a>, Del Bello Lakes<\/a> is a collection of detached homes on Falcon Lake Drive, just east of South Freeway.<\/p>\n Buyers can have their pick from six one- and two-storey floorplans that provide three to four bedrooms across 2,206 to 3,225 square foot layouts. According to recent data from BuzzBuzzHome, there are currently a handful of move-in ready and soon-to-be-finished homes available to purchase in the collection.<\/p>\n Each home is fitted with an attached garage large enough to accommodate two or three cars, plus a covered backyard patio, game room and walk-in closets in select floorplans. As is standard with all of Ashton Woods\u2019 signature collection homes, every residence features granite kitchen countertops, brushed nickel designer light fixtures and energy efficient features.<\/p>\n Future residents will have access to a range of outdoor community amenities.
