<\/a>Rendering:\u00a0Wan Bridge<\/em><\/p>\nAs part of the master-planned community of Balmoral, Texas-based developer Wan Bridge<\/a> is adding a series of rentable townhomes to the mix.<\/p>\n Clearwater at Balmoral is a collection of 95 duplex and triplex build-to-rent homes, properties specifically constructed for rental use. This will be the first of its kind for the multi-builder Balmoral community. The project is currently in registration, with leasing expected to begin by the end of the year.<\/p>\n \u201cOur fast-growing build-to-rent concept fills an important niche for those preferring to rent, but want the space, yard and other benefits of living in a home rather than an apartment,\u201d said Kevin Stuckey, Senior Vice President of Development at Wan Bridge, in a recent press release<\/a> about the development.<\/p>\n
