Future residents can enjoy the community’s on-site amenities, including walking trails, and a pirate-themed playground and splash pad for the little ones. Shipman\u2019s Cove will be served by the Fort Bend Independent School District, a sought-after district known for its academic programs and nationally acclaimed fine art department.<\/p>\n

Whenever you need to enjoy the outdoors, Shipman\u2019s Cove is just up the street from Kitty Hollow Park, a popular greenspace with a fishing lake, playgrounds and athletic fields.<\/p>\n
