<\/a><\/p>\nRendering:\u00a0West Pacifica Design<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n A rental property as elegant as Rita Hayworth herself has been pitched for the street bearing the actress\u2019s name in Faircrest Heights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The single-family home that currently occupies 1537 South Hayworth Avenue could make way for a four-story apartment building containing 16 units, according to an <\/span>application<\/span><\/a> submitted to Los Angeles City Planning this week.<\/span><\/p>\n Rendering:\u00a0West Pacifica Design<\/span><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n Developer David Neman, who is behind several other multi-family projects throughout Los Angeles, is listed as the applicant. <\/span>West Pacifica Design<\/span><\/a> conceived of the smooth stucco and warm wood exterior, which would be accented with metal balcony railings.<\/span><\/p>\n The project would feature one studio, eight one-bedroom units and seven two-bedroom units, spanning 385 to 1,012 square feet. Two of the apartments would be reserved for extremely low-income tenants in exchange for Transit Oriented Communities (TOC) incentives, including a height increase and open space and setback reductions.<\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
