Joining the likes of neighbouring towers Picasso<\/a> and Tableau Condos<\/a>, 330 Richmond<\/a> by Greenpark Group<\/a> is another new high-rise condominium that\u2019s transforming Toronto\u2019s Entertainment District.<\/p>\n

\"330Richmond_Construction2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Located on the site of the former RICH nightclub and Lot 332 before that, 330 Richmond<\/a> brings 295 residential units, new amenities and retail to the neighbourhood.<\/p>\n

Construction on the 25-storey, CORE Architect<\/a>-designed project began in 2017 when the former nightclub building (which was also used as the presentation centre) was demolished, followed by the excavation of its five-level underground garage. Construction moved upwards through 2018 until the building was topped off in 2019.<\/p>\n

\"330Richmond_Construction3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Today, the tower crane is no longer on site and much of the building\u2019s exterior is complete, though the hoist is still visible. The south facade\u2019s minimalist aesthetic, characterized by horizontal bands of glass balconies framed by a concrete precast border, is juxtaposed with the dynamic, stacked block design and red accents of the adjacent Picasso Condos. The rear facade shares a similar design with horizontal balcony glass but features 14 storeys of stepped balconies and terraces to limit shadowing on nearby Queen Street West.<\/p>\n

\"330Richmond_Construction4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The Richmond Street facade is further distinguished by two bands of flush glazing at the 11th floor amenity level and top mechanical levels. Amenities include a lobby with 24-hour concierge service, rooftop pool with lounge, barbecue area, party room with fireplace, fitness centre, billiards room and theatre.<\/p>\n

At ground level, residents and guests enter through a port-coch\u00e8re with access from Richmond Street. The at-grade retail spaces are also coming along with large panels of glass now installed.<\/p>\n
