Each unit comes with bike\/surfboard storage and two parking spaces. The community is zoned within the Redondo Beach Unified School District, which is home to some of the best schools in Los Angeles County.<\/p>\n

Priced from the mid-$500,000s, the residences will feature two to four bedrooms, up to 1,882 square feet of living space and two-car garages. Residents will live within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and shops, and a few minutes\u2019 drive from Old Town Torrance and Redondo Beach.<\/p>\n
