The wood framing has reached its peak at <\/span>5750 Hollywood Boulevard<\/span> and a tower crane is also in place.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Wood Partners<\/span><\/a> development, officially known as Alta Ink<\/a>, will feature 161 apartments, including 14 affordable units and five live\/work units, 5,700 square feet of commercial space, and parking for 271 vehicles and 96 bicycles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Photo:\u00a0BuzzBuzzHome<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n There will be studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floorplans, some with private balconies or terraces. The interiors will come in light or dark color schemes inspired by the black and white films of classical Hollywood cinema.<\/p>\n Residents will enjoy access to more than 18,000 square feet of curated indoor and outdoor amenities, such as a pool and spa courtyard, sky terrace with sweeping views of the Hollywood Sign, conference suite, library, barbecue deck, and a fitness center with a yoga studio.<\/p>\n Conceived by architecture firm Carrier Johnson + CULTURE, the project\u2019s design \u201cprovide[s] visual references to Hollywood\u2019s filmmaking heritage\u201d through its innovative mix of materials. According to the <\/span>project website<\/span><\/a>, the facade is intended to \u201cevoke the image of a projector in a darkened theater.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<\/a><\/p>\n
