But this new reality doesn\u2019t mean developers can\u2019t rise to the challenge and continue to make sales.<\/p>\n<p>Real estate is an essential service and there are homebuyers who are still in the market for a new home or condo. Some developers have turned to Zoom video appointments and model home tours through FaceTime, but a company from Mississauga, Ontario wants to help developers take their virtual sales process to a new level.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/j4nlnxk1TTc\" width=\"660\" height=\"415\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/neezostudios.com\/livesite\/\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">NEEZO Studios<\/a> is a digital studio that specializes in new home builders\u2019 sales software, scale models and architectural visualization tools. The company\u2019s new LiveSite\u2122 virtual sales centre application has been gaining popularity with new home builders during the pandemic, becoming a sought after tool in supporting the digital sales process. In the past, homebuyers would typically visit a builder\u2019s sales centre to peruse floorplans, wall displays, walk through a model home and then sit down with a sales representative. With LiveSite\u2122, this process is brought online, offering the same user experience homebuyers would find inside the sales centres \u2014 but from the comfort and safety of their own homes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSince the coronavirus outbreak, we\u2019ve noticed a significant spike in inquiries about our LiveSite\u2122 sales centre software,\u201d said Lisa Reis, Director of Marketing and Client Success at NEEZO Studios. \u201cWe understand that there are homebuyers out there that still need to buy a home and it\u2019s a nice feeling to know we\u2019re helping home builders continue to do business.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Day_Night.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[203313]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-203323\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Day_Night.jpg\" alt=\"Day_Night\" width=\"1911\" height=\"1081\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Whether it&#8217;s through a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or mobile device, LiveSite\u2122 allows homebuyers to access comprehensive details about a development, including photo-realistic visuals like 360-degree tours.
