On Monday, a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/planning.lacity.org\/pdiscaseinfo\/search\/encoded\/MjM2NjEy0\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">site plan review<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> was submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning for <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/los-angeles-ca\/new-homes\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">4101 Somerset Drive<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in Baldwin Hills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The property was purchased by affordable housing developer SoLa Impact in February of 2019.
