<\/a>Sonny Bazbaz continues his comeback to the New York development scene with the marketing rollout for 101 West 87.<\/p>\nThe teaser site<\/a> for the Upper West Side condo project has been released, with Corcoran Sunshine<\/a> at the marketing helm. The building, on the corner of Columbus Avenue and 87th Street one block from Central Park, will offer a mix of fully renovated and newly constructed one- to four-bedroom units.<\/p>\n Details are scarce, but it looks like some of the units will have private outdoor space. There will be a full-floor penthouse, and amenities will include a doorman, courtyard garden, garden lounge, sky terrace, children’s playroom and fitness center.<\/p>\n Bazbaz Development teamed up with BlackRock and Fisher Brothers to buy the property at a federal bankruptcy auction in 2011, after the previous owner, developer Yair Levy, unsuccessfully attempted to convert the rental building into condos.<\/p>\n Sales at Bazbaz’s Warren Lofts<\/a> condo conversion in Tribeca launched in late July<\/a>.
