<\/a><\/p>\nPhoto: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n Project:<\/strong>\u00a03618 Dunn Drive Just one block south of the Expo Line\u2019s Palms station lies <\/span>3618 Dunn Drive<\/span>, a soon-to-be-completed five-story apartment building with 29 units. The rental building by developer <\/span>Wiseman Residential<\/span><\/a> replaced three single-family homes in the majority mid-rise neighborhood.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The project features 25 three-bedroom, three-bathroom units, each spanning 1,412 square feet, as well as four two-bedroom, two-bathroom units with 953 square feet of living space. A total of three apartments will be reserved for very low-income tenants and there will be 55 parking spaces in the underground garage.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n Designed by Uriu & Associates, 3618 Dunn Drive touts a tri-color exterior of wood, black and white materials. The outdoor balconies are shielded from the elements and, according to the rendering, large planter boxes by the entrance will eventually house trees and shrubs.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n The building is now fully enclosed and construction crews are working on the interiors. A few finishing touches are needed on the building\u2019s facade, but even the modern address plaque is in place.<\/p>\n
