With consultation from the experts on high rise buildings, New York-based Hill West Architects, 1 Square Phillips<\/a> reflects the modernity of the Quartier des spectacles and tranquility of the surrounding historical landmarks.<\/p>\n Throughout the building, future residents are met with extravagance and elegance \u2014 the lavishness of the late 19th-century was the influence behind this interior design collaboration between Alain Desgagn\u00e9 of the esteemed Inn\u00e9design and Sabrina Lareau of Menk\u00e8s Shooner Dagenais LeTourneux Architectes. Honoring the era that made Phillips Square come alive, Desgagn\u00e9 and Lareau foster a sense of intimacy and serenity throughout all of 1 Square Phillips\u2019<\/a> common areas, paying tribute to the grace and ampleness of Art Nouveau design.<\/p>\n On the 50th floor, the lounge and terrace command unobstructed, breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River, Mount Royal, and urban Montreal. Residents can enjoy a series of refined comforts \u2014 presented through a series of flowing, interconnected rooms \u2014 throughout this floor, whether it be sipping a drink at the whiskey bar, conversing over the outdoor barbeques, or reading in the study room.
