The annual awards program recognizes the achievements of Canada\u2019s young business leaders under the age of 40, and is one of the most coveted awards in the country.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis recognition is significant and we share this with our incredible team and are thankful for their support,\u201d says Tariq Adi. \u201cOur mission to deliver world class service and the highest quality communities to our customers fuels our passion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ADI_Valera.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[193796]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-193833\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/ADI_Valera.jpg\" alt=\"ADI_Valera\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The brothers founded ADI Development Group in 2007 and have grown the firm from a $10 million joint venture to a company with over $2.1 billion in development in under seven years. Specializing in real estate investment, planning, design, building and management, the developer has several residential projects across Burlington including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/burlington-on\/valera-2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Valera<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/burlington-on\/nautique-lakefront-residences\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nautique<\/a>, and has plans for a high rise at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/toronto-on\/new-homes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">64 Prince Arthur<\/a> Avenue in downtown Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn an industry with high barriers to entry, we have succeeded by focusing on our customers and constantly challenging ourselves to deliver better products for them,\u201d says Saud Adi.<\/p>\n<p>As Chief Executive Officer, Tariq Adi oversees strategic activities from negotiating complex land acquisitions and assemblies to planning approvals, sales and marketing, debt syndication, private equity placement and project close out. Saud Adi is involved in the key operations of the company focusing on construction, engineering and operational strategy, including establishing an in-house construction team and shortening construction cycles. He also oversees the construction process, including building science and design, value engineering, bid procurement, construction logistics, site engineering, and general construction
