The building is fully complete and now leasing, with one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, three-bedroom and three-bedroom-plus-family suites available from $2,680 per month. Livabl was recently invited to tour the sprawling amenity spaces at 825 South Hill and we documented our visit with photos.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n Stepping into the leather- and velvet-adorned lobby of 825 South Hill, your eye is immediately drawn to a wall of framed, black and white photographs. The space is sophisticated and design-forward with a large natural stone slab that serves as the concierge desk. Riding the elevator up to the sixth floor, you\u2019ll discover a sprawling wellness center, equipped with stationary bikes, cardio machines, weight training equipment and a separate studio for yoga or private sessions with a trainer. There\u2019s even a steam room and sauna where residents can soothe tired muscles at the end of their workout.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n Down the hall is the theater room, complete with reclining leather lounge chairs, accent tables, and a wet bar for mixing drinks before the start of the show. The nearby games room features billiards, shuffleboard and poker tables, all under the glow of a neon sign. The adjacent board room is equipped with accordion doors that can be kept open or closed depending on the nature of the meeting.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n The study area was buzzing with activity during our visit to 825 South Hill, as residents worked from their laptops or fielded video calls using Smart TVs. This co-working space flows into the living room area, which boasts plush, modern furniture grouped into conversation areas. There\u2019s also a chef\u2019s entertainment kitchen where one resident was whipping up a roast chicken for a party that was taking place later in the evening.<\/p>\n Photo: Kelsey Pudloski<\/em><\/p>\n As if all the interior amenities weren\u2019t enough, the outdoor terrace boasts a sports lounge with ping pong tables and spots for playing cards or board games.
