<\/a><\/p>\nBased in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canadian homebuilder Empire Communities<\/a> continues its US expansion with the announcement of a strategic partnership with Atlanta-based builder Edward Andrews Homes<\/a> (EA Homes). Empire Communities originally launched its US Homebuilding Division in 2016 with Empire Dellrose<\/a>, a 600-acre master-planned community in northwest Houston. In 2018 it acquired Texas-based Centerra Homes<\/a>, further strengthening its presence in the Lone Star State. The partnership with EA Homes will expand the homebuilder\u2019s presence in the US to include Houston, Austin and San Antonio in Texas, and now Atlanta, Georgia.<\/p>\n \u201cWith this strategic partnership, Empire Communities has expanded into greater Atlanta with one of the strongest, most innovative brands in Georgia,\u201d says Andrew Guizzetti, Executive Vice President and CFO of Empire Communities. \u201cEA Homes has a customer-first culture, an exceptional management team, and a strong lot and land portfolio.\u201d<\/p>\n EA Homes was founded in 2009 by Paul Edward Corley and Todd Andrew Hager and has transitioned from a small firm focused on accelerated growth to a premier private homebuilder of both move-up and move-down single-family homes and townhomes in urban and suburban high-growth sub-markets across Atlanta.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are pleased with the opportunity to continue to grow our business with a well-capitalized, family-run builder that shares our values,\u201d says Todd Hager, Regional EVP EA Homes, LP.<\/p>\n EA Homes has over 85 employees and is currently building in 15 communities in the greater Atlanta area.
