Original art created by Bushwick residents hangs on the walls of The Rheingold, sometimes hidden in plain sight in the building\u2019s many nooks and crannies.<\/span><\/p>\n And with a wealth of creative-driven amenities like photo studios, music recording rooms and video editing stations, as well as fully-loaded conference rooms and workstations, The Rheingold has everything a creative professional needs to live and work under one roof.<\/span><\/p>\n The massive labyrinthine building occupies the length of an entire block, housing 500 units in total. The Rheingold is located at 1<\/span>0 Montieth Street in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn, on the former site of the Rheingold Brewery.<\/span><\/p>\n The mix of recycled wood and metal by <\/span>ODA Architecture<\/span><\/a> reflects the site\u2019s industrial past, and modern technology adds a 21st-century twist. The unmistakable honeycomb-like exterior of The Rheingold ensures that every floor has a unique layout and allows over 90 percent of residents to have their own private balcony or terrace. <\/span><\/p>\n Additionally, the etched facade allows both the shared courtyard and every unit to enjoy ample unobstructed sunlight.<\/span><\/p>\n The Rheingold\u2019s spacious interiors were designed by <\/span>Durukan Design<\/span><\/a>. The units are open-plan with a modern aesthetic. <\/span>Sizes range from 400 square feet to 1,500 square feet in studio and one- to two-bedroom floorplans. Oversized floor-to-ceiling windows flood the units with an abundance of warm, natural light.<\/span><\/p>\n Every unit is loaded with top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher and in-unit washers and dryers.<\/p>\n In addition to The Rheingold\u2019s many art-driven amenities, the development also features plenty of spaces to unwind or get fit.
