{"id":184386,"date":"2018-08-28T10:12:29","date_gmt":"2018-08-28T14:12:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/?p=184386"},"modified":"2024-02-19T02:18:56","modified_gmt":"2024-02-19T07:18:56","slug":"aro-times-square-launches-leasing-reveals-new-renderings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/news\/aro-times-square-launches-leasing-reveals-new-renderings","title":{"rendered":"ARO in Times Square launches leasing and reveals new renderings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 id='pressboard-ad-sponsorship-tag' style='margin-bottom: 35px;'><\/h4><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Algin Management<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> announced pricing and released a slew of new renderings of it latest development, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ARO<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, on the project\u2019s official site.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Aro1.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[184386]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-184387\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Aro1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>ARO is named for Albert Ginsberg, the founder of Algin Management \u2014 as well as the famous Manhattan music-staple the Roseland Ballroom, which the new building has replaced. \u201cARO\u201d is created by combining the first letter of his name, A, with RO for \u201cRoseland.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Designed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/architect\/cetraruddy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CetraRuddy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ARO houses a total of 426 units, ranging in size from <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">373 square feet to 931 square feet in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Aro3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[184386]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-184389\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Aro3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"992\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The modern residences boast floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings and oak flooring. Select units include a private terrace.
