Designed by <\/span>SLCE Architects<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>368 Third Avenue<\/span><\/a> will bring 100 new rentals to the Rose Hill section of Manhattan\u2019s East Side neighborhood. The building \u2014 which is being constructed on famed Broadway Alley, the last dirt road in Manhattan \u2014 boasts close proximity to Gramercy Park, transportation and shopping.<\/span><\/p>\n 368 Third Avenue looks to have no shortage of high-end amenities, including in-house retail opportunities, a private residents\u2019 lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness center.<\/span><\/p>\n Minrav Development purchased the site from Itzhaki Properties and Continental Ventures in May 2018. Construction is expected to wrap in 2022.<\/p>\n 427 East 90th Street<\/span><\/a> is located in the Yorkville section of Manhattan. It was designed by <\/span>Issac & Stern Architects<\/span><\/a>, with interiors by GE-T Architects, and will house a total of 21 residences.<\/span><\/p>\n The building is conveniently located off the new Second Avenue subway line and a few blocks south of the prime shopping corridor at East 86th Street.<\/p>\n Boasting over 37,000 square feet of space, the offering plan for 427 East 90th Street was filed in July 2017 for $56.6 million.<\/span><\/p>\n Still in the pre-construction phase, 427 East 90th Street is expected to come to market in summer 2019.<\/p>\n Back in May 2018, Minrav Development purchased <\/span>244 East 52nd Street<\/span><\/a> from the Turtle Bay Music School. Although no permits have been officially filed, the developer plans to turn the site into 15 new luxury condos.<\/span><\/p>\n The building offers 26,000 square feet of prime residential space in the desirable Turtle Bay neighborhood on Manhattan\u2019s East Side.<\/p>\n Also in the pre-construction phase, delivery of 244 East 52nd Street is anticipated by spring 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n Finally, Minrav Development is bringing 14 new condos to <\/span>21 Powers Street<\/span><\/a> in the East Williamsburg section of Brooklyn by spring of next year.<\/span><\/p>\n The building was designed by <\/span>Meshberg Group<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>Grasso-Menziuso Architects<\/span><\/a>, with interiors by <\/span>GE-T Architects<\/span><\/a>.
