With its thoughtful amenities and quality design, the developers are on target to bring a Manhattan- (or Brooklyn-) inspired style of luxury to the Bronx.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The new renderings give us a detailed look at Bridgeline\u2019s slick, modern brick facade and entryway and the rooftop lounge, sure to be one of its most popular amenities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/brideline2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[180867]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-180869\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/brideline2-1024x467.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"467\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The outdoor area features several grilling stations and ample seating \u2014 not to mention a fantastic view of the surrounding neighborhood.<\/p>\n<p>Classic coin-op arcade games highlight a cozy indoor entertainment room that\u2019s outlined by an oversized modern sofa and coffee tables.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bridgeline3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[180867]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-180870\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/bridgeline3-1024x467.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"467\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The modern, spacious residences feature warm, wood tones and access to outdoor areas.
