The conversion will \u201cadd\u201d four stories and bring 94 new luxury rentals to the neighborhood.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Developed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/builder\/the-hakimian-organization\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Hakimian Organization<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, The Addition is located at 33-01 38th Avenue in LIC. Units boast high ceilings and brushed oak flooring throughout. Kitchens are stocked with an array of top-notch appliances and every apartment features a washer and dryer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/The-Addition3.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[180675]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-180677\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/The-Addition3-1024x515.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"515\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some of the development\u2019s notable amenities include a picnic area, a vintage arcade, rooftop terraces and a screening room.<\/p>\n<p>LIC offers residents easy access to mass transit, and is a few minutes from both Midtown East and West in Manhattan.
