The unit\u2019s average price per square foot totals an incredible $14,358 per square foot \u2014 also a new record, says The Real Deal.<\/p>\n<p>The penthouses boasts two swimming pools, a 2,400-square-foot master bedroom suite with two full bathrooms, a piano room, three lounges, a gallery, a spacious study, a bar and a game room. And, as you would imagine, there is plenty of available closet space. There\u2019s also a wrap-around terrace.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Crown-BUilding2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[178442]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-178446\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Crown-BUilding2-1024x684.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The building will also house Aman-branded hotel suites.<\/p>\n<p>The previous priciest sale was the $100.5 million 11,000-square-foot penthouse unit at Extell Development\u2019s One57.
