Apartments range in size from 409 square feet to 1,592 square feet, with pricing starting at $595,000 for studios and $765,000 for one-bedrooms.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Developed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/builder\/adam-america-real-estate-development\">Adam America Real Estate Development<\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/\">Vanke\u00a0US<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Galerie stands in the heart of Long Island City\u2019s growing Art District. The Museum of Modern Art PS1 is located directly across the street from Galerie. The artsy development also houses its own permanent collection of artwork, a sculpture garden and gallery.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The residences were designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/architect\/oda-architecture\">ODA Architecture<\/a> to reflect the neighborhood\u2019s rich artistic history. Units feature spacious, modern open-floor layouts that allow for a wealth of natural light and offer views of the surrounding neighborhood. Some residences also include private terraces. Galerie makes use of three different window types that gives its facade a distinctive look.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Galerie_3-LIC.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[177050]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-177052\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Galerie_3-LIC-1024x609.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"609\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kitchens include a dining island with Caesarstone countertops and a waterfall, as well as precision woodwork throughout. Master baths have dual sinks and stone countertops, as well as two medicine cabinets with integrated lighting.<\/p>\n<p>Some of Galerie\u2019s notable amenities include an indoor pool, a children\u2019s playroom, bike storage, a landscaped rooftop deck, and a party room with a kitchenette.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Galerie_2-LIC.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[177050]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-177053\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/Galerie_2-LIC-1024x584.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"584\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Long Island City offers residents easy access to mass transit, and is a few minutes from both Midtown East and West in Manhattan. Both area airports \u2014 La Guardia and JFK \u2014 are a short Uber ride away, and are also accessible via public transit. The neighborhood has been undergoing a massive transformation over the last few years as more and more new construction developments reshape LIC\u2019s skyline.
