The building is located on 28th Street in the booming Long Island City neighborhood in Queens.<\/p>\n<p>Designed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/marketing-and-architect\/karl-fischer-architect\">Karl Fischer Architect<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/builder\/meshberg-group\">Meshberg Group<\/a>, The Delmar\u2019s brick facade with over-sized floor-to-ceiling windows retains the industrial look of 18th-century Long Island City with a touch of modern flair.<\/p>\n<p>Units range in size from studios and one- to two-bedrooms with open-floor plans.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/The-Delmar-LIC-NYC_2.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[176654]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-176657\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/01\/The-Delmar-LIC-NYC_2-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Some of The Delmar\u2019s amenities include a rooftop deck, a resident\u2019s garden, and a fully-equipped fitness center.
