The city\u2019s condo market is hotter than ever \u2014 in November, the benchmark price for a condo was up 42.6 per cent year-over-year to a record $702,992.<\/p>\n Still, some condo buildings are appreciating faster than others. According to a new report from Zoocasa, condos south of Queen Street saw the biggest surge in value in 2017, with several buildings seeing a 30 per cent increase in price-per-square-foot.
