But the way to live for current condo owners isn\u2019t satisfactory according to the $200 million lawsuit they recently filed against those involved with the construction of the 58-story <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2016\/08\/san-franciscos-millennium-tower-sinking.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">leaning and sinking highrise<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The civil suit alleges negligent and fraudulent misrepresentations, breach of fiduciary duty and calls for a jury trial. Defendants include the developer, Millennium Partner, plus Webcor, Handel Architects, Treadwell &amp; Rollo, Langan, DeSimone Consulting Engineers, Arup, and Transbay Joint Powers Authority. If the condo owners win the suit, the $200 million will go towards repairs.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOur goal is to recover all the funds that are necessary to fix this building and fix it once and for all, and we\u2019re not interested in a temporary fix. We want a permanent fix,\u201d Homeowners Association Attorney Daniel Petrocelli told <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/kron4.com\/2017\/03\/29\/attorneys-san-franciscos-millennium-tower-sinking-16-inches-tilting-12-inches-at-penthouse-level\/\" class=\"external\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KRON 4<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
