Those in attendance were able to tour three fully furnished model homes, including the Arlington, Hawthorne and Fairmont designs.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-152701\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/country-pointe-estates-ridge-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"country-pointe-estates-ridge-1\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Like all homes at Country Pointe, these designs feature open-concept floor plans and top-quality finishes including wood flooring, designer wood cabinetry, as well as granite countertops.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-152703\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/country-pointe-estates-ridge-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"country-pointe-estates-ridge-3\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A new sales centre (pictured above) at 3 Wildflower Drive in Ridge, New York, has also opened, and two more models, The Berkshire, a four-bedroom two-storey home, and The Monterey, a three-bedroom one-floor master suite, have been released.<\/p>\n<p>The spacious estate homes at Country Pointe have three to five bedrooms, as per plan, and include both one- and two-storey designs \u2014 from ranches and first-floor master suites to two-storey homes \u2014 with two-car garages.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-152712\"
