As pictured above it may not seem like much (thanks, Google), but it does have a putting range, impressive waterworks, and a \u201cromance room\u201d \u2014 Seguin\u2019s words \u2014 with a candle-lit chandelier. Don\u2019t ask. Just watch<\/a>.<\/p>\n Backing onto a deep canal, retired backstop Jose Theodore\u2019s estate in Boca Raton features a dock, large patio, four-car garage and \u201clush tropical landscaping,\u201d according to an old Redfin listing<\/a>.
