The progressive\u00a0project is a collaboration between\u00a0Cascadia Architects<\/a>, Abstract Developments<\/a> and award-winning interior designer Sandy Nygaard<\/a>.\u00a0With junior, one- and two-bedroom homes, and a penthouse collection,\u00a0Black and White<\/a>\u00a0aims to be the start of a\u00a0new mode of contemporary living in Victoria\u00a0— set in the revitalized hub of the Upper Fort district. Located at\u00a01033 Cook Street,\u00a0Black and White<\/a>\u00a0will put\u00a0residents within walking distance\u00a0of all the shops, services, restaurants, cafes, bars, entertainment options, parks and schools in downtown and Fairfield.<\/p>\n

Sales at\u00a0Black and White<\/a>\u00a0will begin this spring, construction is set for next year, and completion is set for\u00a0Fall 2018.
