That\u2019s a big difference, especially for those shopping around for a new-construction home, which in many cases won\u2019t be completed at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n
With this in mind, BuzzBuzzHome is introducing a new feature that narrows the gap between image and reality: 3D floorplans.<\/p>\n
The move marks a first for any North American residential real estate search portal and one BuzzBuzzHome President Matthew Slutsky says gives homebuyers a clearer idea of what they\u2019re buying.<\/p>\n
\u201cAdding 3D floorplans to BuzzBuzzHome is a major leap forward in improving the way people research, purchase and lease new construction homes,\u201d Slutsky says.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe industry standard two-dimensional plan hasn\u2019t changed in decades. There are so many incredibly lifelike and well-crafted building renderings, but a builder\u2019s floorplans are still stuck in the last century,\u201d he continues.<\/p>\n
