The intimate community will be comprised of 66 homes in central Etobicoke, just minutes from Highway 427, the QEW, the Gardiner Expressway and Sherway Gardens, which is currently in the midst of a $400 million renovation.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Located at Evans Avenue and Brown\u2019s Line, Humber Mews is surrounded by family conveniences like parks, schools and community centres like Alderwood Library.
