\"minto<\/a>Minto Kingmeadow<\/a> is celebrating a new release of traditional townhomes this weekend at the development’s Oshawa sales centre.<\/p>\n

The event will kick-off at 12pm on Saturday, October 24th at the sales centre located at 2361 Simcoe Street North in Oshawa. Interested potential homebuyers will be able to learn more about traditional towns available at Kingmeadow, which include the 1,775 square foot, three-bedroom and 2.5 bathroom Ferndale town and the 1,862 square foot, three-bedroom and 2.5 bathroom Solano.<\/p>\n

The Kingmeadow community has enjoyed its fair share of accolades since its first phase launched in fall 2012. The Minto<\/a> development nabbed three awards from the Durham Region Home Builders Association (DRHBA), including the coveted 2014 Community of the Year award<\/a>. It was also named 2013’s best selling community in Oshawa.<\/p>\n

After breaking ground<\/a> in fall 2013 at an event attended by the mayor of Oshawa, Kingmeadow welcomed its first residents early on in the following year.<\/p>\n

Homebuyers have been enticed by the community’s ample green space, proximity to top notch schools and craftsman-style homes. Kingmeadow also offers residents quick access to the countryside while still ensuring the conveniences of city life are readily available.<\/p>\n
