The industrial-inspired project includes 13 live-work units and 14 townhomes with floorplans ranging from 1,494 to 1,924 square feet. The 30,000-square-foot space will boast 1,541 square feet of dedicated retail space. Unit options range from studios, one-bedroom and two-bedrooms with split level spaces for urban professionals.
