<\/a>Photo: togrp.com<\/a><\/em><\/p>\nToronto’s Yorkville neighbourhood will be home to the first Canadian location of STK Restaurant<\/a>, the upscale American steakhouse chain owned by The ONE Group.<\/p>\n STK Toronto will be located in Camrost-Felcorp<\/a>‘s The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza<\/a> on the site of the former Four Seasons Hotel. The restaurant is set to open in 2016 and will encompass 8,880 square feet.<\/p>\n “We think Toronto is an ideal international city for an STK location,” said Jonathan Segal, CEO of The ONE Group in a press release.<\/p>\n “We are especially pleased to have found a location that fits the vibe and energy of STK in Toronto. We remain focused on the growth of our company and look forward to the several upcoming openings we have planned in cities across North America.”<\/p>\n The One Group has already opened 11 STK locations in cities across the US and one in Milan, which opened in May. According to the company’s site, locations in Orlando and Dallas are also “coming soon.”<\/p>\n It’s also planning on opening four\u00a0more affordable restaurants in the US under the brand “STK Rebel”.
