After launching in the fall of 2014, Jazz Condos<\/a> by Branthaven Homes<\/a> hit a major milestone this week as the team celebrated the development\u2019s official groundbreaking.<\/p>\n

The event was held at the Jazz presentation centre located onsite at 457 Plains Road East in the Burlington neighbourhood of Aldershot. Future homeowners, members of the Branthaven Homes team, Kirkor Architects and City of Burlington Councillor Rick Craven were all present for the ceremony.<\/p>\n

\"JazzCondos_Groundbreaking2\"<\/a>Steve Stipsits, President of Branthaven Homes welcomed guests and expressed his excitement about bringing maintenance free lifestyle residences to Plains Road, as well as the new business opportunities that the six commercial units will bring to the community. This was followed by Councillor Rick Craven who congratulated homeowners on their purchase.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is going to be a spectacular development in the heart of the village of Aldershot,\u201d said Councillor Craven.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat a great location, sandwiched between two highway interchanges, close to the new GO Station expansion plans, the Royal Botanical Gardens and the merchants along Plains Road\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"JazzCondos_Groundbreaking3\"<\/a>When completed in summer 2016, the 79-unit, four storey condominium will boast large, bright windows, expansive glass balconies and a cosmopolitan hotel-inspired lobby. Other amenities include the Jazz Club private lounge, a grand party room, and a fully equipped fitness centre.<\/p>\n

\"JazzCondos_Groundbreaking4\"<\/a>Sales at Jazz Condos start at $287,510 with units ranging in size from 657 square feet to 1,325 square feet.
