<\/a><\/p>\nPhotos via MySpace NYC<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n Back in February 2014, we reported on a new five-story apartment building<\/a> coming to Williamsburg.<\/p>\n Now, 212 North 4th Street (formerly 291 Metropolitan Avenue) has landed on the market in a brick-y, industrial-style manner.<\/p>\n Located off Metropolitan Avenue near Roebling Street, the five-story, 25-unit building offers one- to four-bedroom apartments. Meshberg Group designed the development, which bears a brick and wrought iron exterior inspired by turn-of-the-century factories. Every unit has exterior private space, with French doors opening to a balcony. Pricing ranges from about $3,200 per month for a one-bedroom to $6,600 per month for a four-bedroom.<\/p>\n The interiors have oak wood flooring, exposed brick walls, in-unit washer\/dryer and kitchens with stainless steel appliances, rubbed brass fixtures and grey Gaesarstone countertops. Baths feature Carrera marble floors with ceramic subway tile, custom vanities and tubs.<\/p>\n Amenities include a roof deck, a common workspace, garage parking and bike storage.<\/p>\n The developer, All Year Management, acquired the property for $4 million in 2012, according to Department of Finance records. Permits were first filed in October 2012, and the existing parking garage at the site was demolished in 2013.
