Many of the one- to three-bedroom condos have private exterior space. Pricing for available units ranges from $735,000 for a 551-square-foot one-bedroom to $2.82 million for a 2,286-square-foot two-bedroom townhome, according to the newly launched full official site. <\/p>\n Residences have kitchens with Poggenpohl cabinetry and Miele appliances, as well as master baths with radiant heated floors, soaking tub and rainshower.<\/p>\n Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, furnished and landscaped common roof deck lounge with outdoor kitchen, bike room and private storage. <\/p>\n The site was previously owned by Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. The developer purchased the property for $7 million in February 2012. The building topped off around Summer 2014<\/a>.<\/p>\n Corcoran Group is handling marketing and sales. Occupancy is slated for the second quarter of 2015.
