Now, the full new website has launched, touting full-floor three-bedroom units, a triplex maisonette with private garden and the penthouse with a 1,700-square-foot roof deck.<\/p>\n Vail Associates Architects redesigned the residences, and the developer is Michael Paul Enterprises. The two available units are Residence 3, a 1,776-square-foot three-bedroom asking $3.3 million (down from its original $3.5 million price) and Residence 1, a four-bedroom maisonette asking $5.995 million.<\/p>\n Each apartment features key-locked elevator entry, wide planked oak floors with radiant heat, floor-to-ceiling tilt-and-turn Kolby windows, coffered ceilings, masonry fireplaces, in-unit vented washer\/dryer and built-in speakers and wiring for home automation. Kitchens have Caesarstone countertops, six-burner Wolf stovetops, vented hoods, Miele dishwashers and Sub-Zero refrigerators.<\/p>\n Amenities include a part-time doorman, virtual doorman service, gym and private storage.<\/p>\n Nest Seekers International is marketing the property.
