<\/a>It was announced this week that Vaughan-based Empire Communities<\/a> has partnered with celebrity contractor Mike Holmes for the HOLMES Approved Homes Program.<\/p>\n\u201cEmpire<\/a> is the biggest builder we\u2019ve partnered with, hands down,\u201d said Mike Holmes.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m excited about this partnership because it helps me to reach more homebuyers. Thanks to this partnership with Empire, now they can.\u201d<\/p>\n Every home that is part of the HOLMES Approved Homes Program built in an Empire low-rise community will undergo a series of inspections both during and after critical stages in construction, including building envelope reviews, thermographic scans, and a complete review of finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. Homeowners will then receive a HOLMES Approved Homes summary report as a record of their home\u2019s construction as well as to help build future value.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are honoured that the Holmes team personally selected us for the HOLMES Approved Homes Program,\u201d said Paul A.
