11 Beach Street<\/a> in Tribeca is 50 percent sold after launching sales in September.<\/p>\nBuilt in 1910, the 10-story loft building was converted by HFZ Capital Group into 27 three- to five-bedroom residences. BKSK Architects reimagined the facade of the L-shaped building, and Thomas Juul-Hansen crafted the interiors.<\/p>\n
Penthouse B, the largest penthouse, is also bounding onto the market today with an asking price of $22.5 million.
