<\/a><\/p>\nRenderings: The Seventh Art via 520parkavenue.com<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n Zeckendorf Development Co.’s 520 Park Avenue \u2014 which plans to turn loose a $130 million penthouse<\/a> upon the high-rolling populace next year \u2014 has delivered new interior renderings.<\/p>\n Located between East 60th and 61st streets, the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building is 54 stories of Indiana limestone. Residents enter at East 60th Street between Park and Madison avenues.<\/p>\n The full-floor residences will have classic layouts, distinctive entertaining spaces and formal living and dining rooms, according to the official site. Every home features a master suite with two en-suite master baths and dressing rooms. Each master bath serves up killer views through bay windows. <\/p>\n The limestone tower will have 31 apartments total, seven of which are duplexes measuring about 9,138 square feet each. Single-floor units measuring about 4,600 square feet will be priced starting at $16.2 million, and the duplexes will be priced from $67 million, Bloomberg<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n The duplex and triplex penthouses will each have a grand elliptical gallery with sculptural staircase. The $130 million triplex penthouse \u2014 slated to be the most expensive apartment listing in New York City history \u2014 will span 12,394 square feet across the top floors of the building, according to previous reports. It will come fully loaded with a 1,257-square-foot terrace with views of Central Park to the north.<\/p>\n Amenities include a salon, landscaped private garden with decorative fountains, children’s playroom and fitness center with exercise rooms, treatment room, sauna and steam rooms. The gym overlooks a double-height, cathedral-y pool room surrounded by hand carved stone latticework and soaked in natural light from the garden above.
