The full-block, C-shaped building is impossible to miss; HWKN designed the fresh, adventurous facade of alternating punched windows, metal panels and beige and black brick.<\/p>\n<p>Pricing for available units ranges from $2,240 per month for a 643-square-foot studio to $3,500 per month for a 979-square-foot two-bedroom. Seven units are townhome-style, two-bedroom duplexes, and select apartments enjoy private terraces.<\/p>\n<p>Tucked between the Light Rail and the marine, 18 Park is several blocks from the Grove Street PATH, with easy access to downtown Jersey City and Manhattan.<\/p>\n<p>The full suite of amenities includes a 24-hour doorman, 24-hour gym, Wi-Fi lounge, game room, children&#8217;s playroom, media lounge, dining room and a sprawling landscaped plaza with direct views of the Statue of Liberty. Residents also get private storage and bike storage.<\/p>\n<p>Simultaneously expansive and efficient, the amenity areas waste no space; natural light fills the gym and children&#8217;s playroom, while the lounges are neatly compartmentalized for privacy and flow. The landscaped terrace, shown below, features an outdoor pool, dog run, community garden and play areas with soft flooring for children. Interiors feature hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, GE stainless steel appliances, quartz kitchen countertops, walnut cabinetry and full-size, in-unit washer\/dryer in separate laundry closet.
